“After earning a master’s degree in physics from Drexel University, I worked in laser research before deciding to enter medical school. I became a physician because I realized that no profession is more satisfying on a daily basis than medicine. My scientific background in lasers made ophthalmology a perfect fit. Although I am fellowship trained in retinal care, I also practice general ophthalmology, specializing in cataract surgery.”

“Being an ophthalmologist gives me the opportunity to serve people of all ages and backgrounds. That includes patients with serious eye diseases and injuries as well as patients with healthy eyes who are experiencing problems and need help.
