A Background in Science and Technology
After earning a master’s degree in physics from Drexel University, I worked in laser research before deciding to enter medical school. I became a physician because I realized that no profession is more satisfying on a daily basis than medicine. My scientific background is lasers made ophthalmology a prefect fit. Although I am fellowship trained in retinal care, I also practice general ophthalmology, specializing in cataract surgery.
Listening a Reassuring
Being a ophthalmologist gives me the opportunity to serve people of all ages and backgrounds. That includes patients with serious eye diseases and injuries as well as patients with healthy eyes who are experiencing problems and need help. As a good listener and communicator, I am dedicated to respecting my patients’ intelligence and sharing my knowledge of their conditions and treatment options.
At the Forefront of Ophthalmology
Like everyone at Vistarr Laser & Vision Centers, I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of our specialty and making new equipment and therapies available to the people we serve. There have been remarkable breakthroughs in eye care over the last few decades, and I am proud to be associated with a practice that’s dedicated to safely implementing these advances.
